llms-txt.nl is a service based in the Netherlands. We help businesses become visible to AI search engines by generating professional llms.txt files.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following personal data:
- Email address: for delivery of generated files and communication about your order
- Domain name: to analyze your website and generate the llms.txt file
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card or bank details in our own systems
- IP address and browser data: collected via cookies for website analytics and improving our service
3. Why We Collect This Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Performance of the contract: generating and delivering llms.txt files to you
- Communication: informing you about your order status and answering questions
- Service improvement: analyzing user behavior to improve our website and services
The legal grounds for this processing are: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and consent for analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. How Long We Retain Data
- Order data: 7 years after the order, in accordance with legal retention requirements for tax purposes
- Email address: until you submit a deletion request to us
- Analytics data: maximum 26 months, in accordance with Google Analytics default settings
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We only share personal data with the following parties, which are necessary for our services:
- Stripe (United States, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework): payment processing
- Resend (United States): sending emails with the generated files
- Supabase (database hosting in the EU): storage of order data
- Google Analytics (United States, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework): website analytics
We have appropriate agreements in place with all processors to ensure the protection of your data. We never sell personal data to third parties.
7. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access: you can request what personal data we process about you
- Right to rectification: you can request to have incorrect data corrected
- Right to erasure: you can request to have your personal data deleted
- Right to data portability: you can request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
- Right to object: you can object to the processing of your personal data
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to info@llms-txt.nl. We will respond to your request within 30 days. You also always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes SSL encryption for all data transfers, secure servers, minimal data storage (we don't keep more data than necessary), and regular security audits of our systems.
