These terms and conditions apply to the use of the services of llms-txt.nl. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
- Service: the generation of llms.txt files by llms-txt.nl based on publicly available website information
- User: the natural person or legal entity that places an order through llms-txt.nl
- Files: the llms.txt files generated by llms-txt.nl, including any additional files such as llms-full.txt
- Website: the website of llms-txt.nl, accessible at https://llms-txt.nl
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through llms-txt.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. The Service
llms-txt.nl generates llms.txt files based on publicly available information on the user's website. Our AI analyzes your website's content and compiles a structured file optimized for large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
The generated files are delivered by email to the email address provided by the user. The user is responsible for correctly placing the files on their own web server.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on llms-txt.nl are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Current prices are listed on the website.
Payment is processed through Stripe, with the following payment methods available: iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Bancontact. The order is processed after successful receipt of payment.
5. Delivery
Delivery of the generated files takes place digitally by email. The average delivery time is 2 to 5 minutes after receipt of payment.
If technical problems occur that delay delivery, we will contact the user as soon as possible via the provided email address.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The files delivered by llms-txt.nl are digital products that are generated custom for the user's specific website immediately after purchase. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Dutch Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
By placing an order and making payment, the user expressly consents to immediate commencement of service performance and acknowledges that this results in forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.
7. Liability
The files generated by llms-txt.nl are compiled based on publicly available information on the user's website. We strive to make the files as accurate and complete as possible, but we do not guarantee specific results in AI search results or a particular position in AI-generated responses.
The total liability of llms-txt.nl is at all times limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant order. llms-txt.nl is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits.
8. Intellectual Property
After full payment, the generated llms.txt files become the property of the user. The user acquires the right to use the files, place them on their own web server, and modify them at their discretion.
The user is responsible for placing, maintaining, and updating the files on their own website. llms-txt.nl retains the right to use the method and technology behind generating the files for other clients and for further development of the service.
9. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information about how we handle personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.privacybeleid.
10. Changes
llms-txt.nl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes take effect at the time of publication on the website. In case of substantial changes, we will notify users. It is the user's responsibility to regularly consult the current version of these terms.
11. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements between llms-txt.nl and the user. Disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Before submitting a dispute to the court, parties will endeavor to resolve the dispute through mutual consultation.
